I’m a graduate of Susquehanna University with a B.A. in Creative Writing with a minor in history. I’m from the once-known-for-whaling state of Massachusetts and from the same county where Herman Melville lived. I spend my free time writing fiction, reading Shakespeare, researching 15th and 16th century British history, taking photographs and torturing myself with the upcoming seasons of the National Theatre and Shakespeare’s Globe in London and the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon, England.

Some day I hope to haunt the whaling towns of Massachusetts: Nantucket and New Bedford.
